EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy method designed to help people process distressing memories and reduce their emotional impact. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps process traumatic memories and reduce emotional distress. This process helps the brain reprocess the memory so it becomes less intense and no longer feels as overwhelming, allowing for healthier emotional responses.

Somatic Work

Somatic work focuses on how stress and emotional experiences are held in the body. By gently bringing attention to bodily sensations, breath, and posture, we create space for tension to release and for the nervous system to settle.

This approach supports stress regulation, deeper self-awareness, and a renewed sense of balance — always at your pace and with respect for your boundaries.
